How much do you charge per hour?
For individuals who are eligible, we charge 495 kr per hour after RUT. The minimum charge is 1 hour and then, every started 30 min. For professionals, we prepare an offer per project.
How much do you charge for a quote?
We do not charge for quotes. Please fill out the enquiry form on the contact page of the website. After a quick conversation with you, we will give you an estimate cost based on the expected amount of hours needed to complete your project
Who pays for the parking costs?
Parking fees will be added to the invoice.
How do the government subsidies work?
In order to find out if the work you need done is entitled to RUT or ROT, please visit Skatteverkets website by clicking this link.
What if the size of our project is bigger that the capacity of your team?
If your space upgrade project requires availability or skills that exceed our capacity, we will work on a quote with one of our trusted partners.
Do you do recurring maintenance for associations of owners?
Yes we do. We are happy to sign contracts for recurring maintenance assignments. Please give us a call so we can set up a meeting.
When can I expect my project to be completed?
We consider a project as completed when and only when our client is 100% satisfied. 99% is not a job done.
Can I book you on a project outside of Helsingborg?
For quick fixes or projects outside of Helsingborg, please give us a call so we can discuss. An additional transport cost is to be expected.
What is the cancellation policy?
In case you need to cancel an appointment, we ask you to do so at least 3 hours upfront. Failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 990 kr. No exception will be made.
Can you help with emergencies?
If you have an emergency, you can always call us and see if we have a team member available.
