Today, I wanted to share with you the genesis of this new entrepreneurial [ad]venture and how 360 FIX all started. Let me therefore expose the six major statements on which we based our business concept as a solution to needs, aspirations & problems we identified on the market.
After over 20 years in Dubai, my wife and I (Dr. FIX-IT) sat down with the kids and asked them where they would like to move. They all said Sweden. The countdown had started. It took a while to set it all up, but we started Retail Senses Design AB shortly after we took the decision to relocate. We started selling functional ceiling, lighting, sound and scent solutions to retail businesses. In parallel, I was constantly asked if I could do this and if I could fix that. That’s how we realized the need for a company willing to help out with the “small stuff”, “the small fixes” at individuals’ and at businesses’. Working on the idea, we concluded that the same applied to individuals and small businesses: who should they call for smaller jobs? Out of this, 360 FIX was born.

1| Not everyone is equipped to do small DIY jobs in and around the house.
You might be all thumbs, not have the tools or simply not have the time to fix your “to-do-list” in and around your house or commercial space. It could be that loose handrail that has been bothering you for a while or that curtain rod you have had behind the door for two months but don’t have the tools to hang up. We can help you with whatever is on your list.
2| It’s not easy to find a handyman to maintain a small personal or professional space in and around, or fix what needs to be fixed.
Maybe you called that carpenter company you saw parked down the street. – “Sorry, we don’t have time for a small job like that.” might have been the answer? Most probably the five other companies you reached out to, gave you the same answer. No time, no willingness to help, it’s too small, there is no money to make. At 360 FIX, we are more than happy to accommodate you and your needs at reasonable rates.
3| At the end of a renovation project, the last 10% can take months to be fixed.
At 360 FIX, we are not done until you are 100% satisfied. Whatever was not finished by other companies, we will finish and fine tune for you. Until you find it perfect. Nothing is more irritating than a renovation project that ends up in a dead end. And it happens way too often. We’re here to fix that.
4| Construction companies are usually not interested in small scale renovation projects.
Are you looking to renovate a kids room, a bathroom or a home office space? The job is too small for a contractor, and calling three different companies to complete different parts of the job leaves you to be a Project Manager. Not part of the plan? No time for that? At 360 FIX, we will do all that for you. If the small scale renovation project you have in mind requires 3rd party hire, we will Project Manage it for you. 5| In order to add value to an indoor/outdoor space, the odd-jobs need to be done by a competent worker.
